We're very proud of a young filmmaker, Naina Baya (Stuti Billore), from New Dehli, India, for her fine doc on suicide awareness. She adds a unique viewpoint of the causes of suicide and many positive solutions.
Naina became a co-host of the Help Us Save Lives TV show and first approached me months ago with the concept of this video, after seeing the first one we produced on that topic. She wanted to showcase life in her home city of New Dehli, and around India, to educate people about the poverty and promise her country holds for the 1.5 billion people who call India home. Her message resonates with us all, no matter where we live! This is the video trailer. https://youtu.be/-NEAzaWfH5w
See the full film on the link below. Please take a few minutes to see her fine documentary film here. This is her first film and she wrote, created, filmed, and edited it, along with the voice-over to complete this project.

Speed Kills- (Finished video approximately 30 to 60 minutes with sponsor information included). This is the initial 11-minute video we co-produced for the RCMP in Kelowna in 1996 to help teens slow down and live, by avoiding speeding and vehicle crashes. This video will be updated with new information about texting and distracted driving, how to communicate with teens on the importance of safe driving, how new drug laws impact teen driving, as well as in-depth interviews of survivors of accidents and the lessons learned. Vehicle accidents are one of the leading causes of death in young people worldwide. See the initial video. https://youtu.be/DOsLqckou64
A very short PSA on keeping women safe from sexual assault. According to the Elizabeth Fry Society of Kelowna, on average a woman is abused or assaulted eight times before she reports the abuse! It is also estimated a high majority of sexual assaults are NEVER reported, for fear of the assailant, or for the trauma being relived in reporting the crime and possible recurring trauma during a trial.
Sexual assaults are a worldwide epidemic and affect men, women, girls, teens, and even children. It IS avoidable and preventable. We must do all we can to stop this! See our short video here.
